Hello all,
Today, we released new versions 3.1.5 and 3.2.2 of the current and old
stable branches. These fix multiple minor bugs, and include minor
changes due to our switch from Subversion to Git for source code
management. See the respective ChangeLog files for details.
Note that we also switched to a new bug/feature tracker system, which
can be found (next to additional developer-related information) at:
http://domjudge.a-eskwadraat.nl/trac/
As usual, the tarball for the releases can be obtained from:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/domjudge/files/domjudge/

Jaap Eldering

Hello all,
Today DOMjudge 3.2.1 has been released: a minor release in the 3.2 series. The
changes are limited to improvements to the build system. If you are already
running DOMjudge 3.2.0 there's no need to upgrade since 3.2.1 does not contain
bug fixes or enhancements to DOMjudge itself.
As usual, the tarball for this release can be obtained from:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/domjudge/files/domjudge/
Debian packages for the 3.2 series are now also available. They can be
downloaded from the following APT-able repository:
deb http://non-gnu.uvt.nl/debian lenny domjudge
deb-src http://non-gnu.uvt.nl/debian lenny domjudge
which is signed with this key:
http://non-gnu.uvt.nl/debian/uvt_key-with-signatures.asc
The packages work on Debian Lenny, Squeeze and newer, and on the various
versions of Debian derivatives like Ubuntu.

Thijs Kinkhorst

Hi all,
DOMjudge 3.1.0 has just been released, marking the start of our new 3.2 stable
series, well in time for the autumn programming season.
The most notable improvement in 3.2 is the revamped team interface, which now
features a "dashboard" style overview of submissions, clarifications and
score.
Functionality improvements on the jury side include better support for
interactive problems, filtering on the scoreboard and submissions and the
possibility to deleting most data from within the admin interface. On the
judgehost side, runguard's setuid root requirement has been replaced with
sudo.
For full details, see the ChangeLog.
The tarball can be downloaded from the regular location:
https://sourceforge.net/projects/domjudge/files/
The sha256sum is:
e219a7776e4b70dad1e32807d2ded6fa804d8e3425871f0fc464b92eaaea5243
domjudge-3.2.0.tar.gz
The 3.1 series will still be supported with bugfix releases. As announced
earlier, 3.0 is now out of support.

Thijs Kinkhorst

Hello all,
We're glad to announce the first release candidate 3.2.0RC1 for the
newest version of DOMjudge.
Major new features:
- A completely redesigned team webinterface: a "dashboard" now
contains (almost) all relevant information in one view.
- Improved support for interactive problems using custom run scripts.
- The scoreboard can now be filtered on subsets of teams, categories,
and affiliations, showing cumulatives for the filtered teams.
- In the admin interface, most data can now be deleted. Be careful
that this is non-revertable and cascades to dependent data!
- Multiple smaller tweaks to the jury webinterface such as allowing
contest times to be specified relative to start time.
... and lots of smaller improvements, not all of which are directly
visible, see the ChangeLog for more details.
We welcome any feedback, especially on the new team interface!
Furthermore, there is a bugfix release 3.1.4 of the 3.1 version of
DOMjudge. This fixes miscellaneous small bugs (see ChangeLog), the
most notable being a bug when trying to submit for a language whose
extension differs from its language ID, which only affected Haskell.
Both releases and GPG signatures and SHA sums can be downloaded from
the usual place:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/domjudge/files/domjudge/

Jaap Eldering

Dear all,
We have just released DOMjudge version 3.0.6. This is a minor bugfix
release to the obsolete 3.0 branch for those still using it. The
tarball, sha256sum, and GPG signature can be downloaded from
http://sourceforge.net/projects/domjudge/files/domjudge/3.0.6/
We also declare the 3.0 branch end-of-life, so no more (bugfix)
releases will be made anymore on that. We recommend people to use the
current 3.1 branch, or wait a short while for the new 3.2 branch to be
released.
On behalf of the DOMjudge developers,
Jaap Eldering

Hello all,
DOMjudge 3.1.2 has just been released, a bugfix release to the 3.1 stable
branch. The primary trigger for this release is a bug which in the team
interface showed the names of the problems in the clarification section, even
while the contest didn't start yet. These problem names can convey some
(although usually minimal) information on the nature of the problem and hence
should become available no sooner than the start of the contest. This issue
does not apply to the 2.2 or 3.0 branches.
The release contains some other bugfixes and documentation improvements.
Downloads as usual through our home page:
http://domjudge.sourceforge.net/#download

with some significant feature improvements. Most notably:
- multiple testcase support
- pluggable authentication methods support, with PHP sessions
included as a default
- judges can "claim" a submission/judging, which makes running
a distributed contest easier.
- improved table layout in the webinterfaces
- and numerous other small improvements and bugfixes...
For all details, see the ChangeLog.
The tarball can be downloaded from the regular location:
https://sourceforge.net/projects/domjudge/files/
The sha256sum is:
8473f88164fea7754cfab4666a7db5c17cdc462a3310c75eb3cc682aadbb0413 domjudge-3.1.0.tar.gz
As a final remark, already announced on the domjudge-devel mailinglist
in October 2009, we will not make any bugfix releases anymore for the
2.2 series of DOMjudge.
On behalf of the DOMjudge developers,
Jaap Eldering
