I uploaded some problems from ICPC source, some of them has included with a checker.
I uploaded a checker executable file for a problem (I attached it below).  

When a contestant has done his work and submit to the problem, a judgehost download it and checker executable to execute the evaluation. At that time this error occured.
I think that the problem is the lacking of permission for executing for 'build' and 'run' file.
But I don't know how to fix it
