For 6.0.x it is indeed a known issue that the packages are missing. A fix is needed in the FHS install of DOMjudge. Work on that is ongoing: https://github.com/DOMjudge/domjudge/pull/514 If you are able to help out there, that would speed things up.

We hope to finish this fo 6.1/7.0, but it's not likely that we will find the time to also address this for the 6.0 branch.
